Getting Started with Your BrightBox

When you receive your BrightBox simply unpack it and follow the steps below:

Plug your BrightBox into your screen using HDMI
Connect the BrightBox to a power source
Scan the QR code on your screen and follow the prompts
Allow 5-10 minutes to apply updates

Change your Wifi?

If you've changed your Wifi network or password and suddenly find your BrightBox is disconnected, try the following:

Turn on your screen and BrightBox
Plug a computer keyboard into a USB slot on your BrightBox
Press Control, Alt & F12 at the same time
Enter your password (you'll need to get this from us)
Choose your Wifi Network and enter your password
Allow 5-10 minutes to reboot and apply updates
